• Sound Performance 3″ boost actuated exhaust cutout. ( Not neighborhood / cop friendly )
• Custom 2.5″ stainless steel mandrel bent exhaust done @ Garage 808 w/ vibrant resonator to a magna flow muffler.
• Pagparts 3” V-band downpipe.
INTAKE SETUP..
• Audi TT 225 polished intake manifold.
• USRT throttle body spacer tapped for water meth injection.
• TiAL QR diverter valve. ( 10psi spring @ 20in/hg currently)
• Snow Performance stage 2 water/meth kit one nozzle in intercooler pipe after Fmic and one nozzle after throttle body.
• Newspeed small Front mount intercooler 2 1/2” inlet & 2 1/2” exit (Need bigger intercooler)
• Audi 4.2 V8 MAF sensor w/3.5″ filter.
• Custom 2 1/2” Aluminum charge pipes
• PagParts 3″ Aluminum turbo inlet.
• GERMAN 4 bar map sensor (to allow tuning for the 5120 hack).
• Precision 750hp FMIC installed 2 3/4” inlet & exit
FUEL SYSTEM SETUP..
• USRT Genesis II 1000cc fuel injectors with proper spacers.
• Walbro 450lph in tank fuel pump.
• New OEM replacement fuel filter.
• Only run SHELL 92 octane fuel
• 3.5 bar fuel pressure regulator (currently running 3bar fpr.
INTERIOR MODS/UPGRADES..
• New south Performance color-match Boost/vac gauge & AEM air fuel gauge mounted in custom dual gauge pod center vent panel.
• Drivers seat 5 point racing seat harness (expired).
•EQUUS Oil pressure gauge mounted on single A-pillar pod.
TRANSMISSION BUILD..
• Trans is a O2M 6 speed.
• ClutchNet 6 puck sprung hub clutch
• 14lb single mass flywheel.
• 2x pressure plate
• Diesel-geek sigma six short shifter.
• Upgraded steel shift forks.
• OBX Limited slip diff, (upgraded Belleville washers, verified clearances).
• New transmission fluid (current fluid is valvoline 75W-90 full synthetic) switching to Pennzoil synchromesh 75W-90.
